Brats

 

 
Ingredients:

  • 15-20 Brats
  • Cherry or Apple Wood Chips

Instructions:

  1. Place wood chips between drip pan and cooking cylinder.
  2. Load all 3 grates with brats.
  3. Place lid on cooker.
  4. Light both charcoal rings
  5. Cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
