Meatloaf Recipe

 INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb Sirloin Ground
  • 1 roll Sage Jimmy Dean Sausage
  • 1 sleeve Ritz Crackers crushed
  • 1/2 Green Pepper chopped
  • 1/2 Onion chopped
  • 1.5 cups of milk
  • 3 small celery stalks chopped
  • 1 packet french onion soup mix
  • 1 Bag of Orion custom blend wood chips
    Pour a little sweet baby ray’s in while you are mixing pepper to taste 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Mix the above ingredients well.
  • Put in pans.
  • Mix equal parts ketchup and sweet baby rays and spread on top.
  • Cook 1 Hour and 15 Minutes (a little longer if you like burnt meatloaf)
  • Pull out and eat.

It makes a great cook AND leftovers are amazing cold

Note: I typically double this recipe and put them in 3 5″x 9″ Aluminum pans. Poke holes in the bottom of the pans so the fat and grease drains (if you don’t it will build up and make the meatloaf greasy.
