Riblets
INGREDIENTS:
- (2) Racks of St. Louis style ribs cut in half (long ways) a butcher will have to do this because you need a saw to cut through the bones.
- Orion’s Pork and Poultry Rub
- Orion Pork Blend Wood Chips
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Wash and pat dry.
- Season with Orion’s Pork and Poultry Rub.
- The 2 strips ( 2 halves of a rack of ribs) are wide enough to cut a small slit and they can hang from rib hangers.
- Cook for 1 hours and 5 minutes.
- Awesome appetizer! Enjoy!
