Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Wash chicken thighs.
  2. Pat them dry with papers towel.
  3. Spray olive oil on both sides of the thighs.
  4. Apply Orion Pork and Poultry Rub.
  5. Place Orion Poultry Wood chips between the vertical wall of the cooking cylinder and the vertical wall of the drip pan.
  6. Place thighs on cooking grates. (They can be placed on any of the cooking grates.)
  7. Cook 7 minutes per pound.
  8. Check meat for doneness with thermometer.
  9. Enjoy!!
