Riblets

INGREDIENTS:

  • (2) Racks of St. Louis style ribs cut in half (long ways) a butcher will have to do this because you need a saw to cut through the bones.
  • Orion’s Pork and Poultry Rub
  • Orion Pork Blend Wood Chips

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Wash and pat dry.
  2. Season with Orion’s Pork and Poultry Rub.
  3. The 2 strips ( 2 halves of a rack of ribs) are wide enough to cut a small slit and they can hang from rib hangers.
  4. Cook for 1 hours and 5 minutes.
  5. Awesome appetizer! Enjoy!

(Note: No liquid in the drip pan)
